Through reviews from employees, we amplify the voices of identity groups including women, people of color, black + indigenous people of color, people with disabilities, and the LGBTQ+ community. A user interface that brings transparency to employer diversity and inclusion through the use of reviews by affinity groups in the Justus community. A platform for underrepresented groups in the workplace to review their employer. The community supports women, people of color, BIPOC, the LGBTQ+ community, and people with disabilities in the workplace. This user interface also amplifies voices of marginalized groups by creating a space for current or former employees to review and/or give feedback to their current or former employer(s) anonymously.
